Yummy time! This week I am going to try going meatless more this week. Shhh…. don’t tell the boyfriend. I’m going to eventually try a completely vegetarian week for myself, at least. Personally, I find that you can save money by eating meatless at least once a week, and it is healthier than chowing down on red meat daily, which we never do, but that’s just an example. Here is what is on the meal plan for this week of October!
Monday: Pizza night!
Tuesday: An all new recipe! Creamy Caprese Quinoa.
Wednesday: Swiss cheese chicken bake
Thursday: Butternut squash and black bean enchiladas. Yummy! I love all of skinnytaste recipes I’ve ever made!
Friday: Crock pot drumsticks with salad
Saturday: a special Halloween dinner
So that’s what is on the docket for this week.
