I slacked off on the meal planning the past few weeks. My wallet shows it. I may have had a few trips to the grocery store hungry and came back with a package or two of Pop Tarts instead of healthy food that could be created into a meal. But I am back at it. Here is what is on the line up for dinners this week.
Monday: Pizza night with homemade pizza dough
Tuesday: Hawaiian meatballs with rice
Wednesday: Beef stew
Thursday: Grinder night: Tomato, basil, and mozzarella sandwiches with balsamic glaze with fruit on the side
Friday: Crockpot kung pow chicken served over brown rice

Saturday: Leftovers
For breakfasts we have cereal, green smoothies, and pancakes
Lunches are left overs OR hummus crackers and string cheese for the kiddo.
