It finally snowed! I live in New England, and by this time it feels like we should have had at least ten snow storms. But nothing. There have been days when I take the dog out at eleven at night and I am NOT swearing under my breath because I feel like I am literally in pain from the cold. It has been nice, but to be completely honest, I’ve been missing the snow. At least a little bit.
Admittedly, it wasn’t a great amount. But it was enough for the little one to race into my room Monday morning shrieking, “IT SNOWED!!!!” Since I wasn’t sure how long it would stick around, we gathered up our things and headed out doors for some fun.
The fun mostly consisted of running around, throwing snow balls, jumping off a rock, and his most favorite snow activity of all time…..
eating snow. I know…. pollution and all that stuff, but he is a snow eating machine. He will not stop. And truthfully, he seems pretty happy.
This kid is bunches of fun, and it was the perfect snowy morning. As for more snow, it seems like we will possibly get walloped with a great deal at the end of the week, so stay tuned for more fun snow ideas, and me bemoaning all the shoveling.
