Happy Tuesday! I’m a bit short at planning this week. It isn’t intentional, but we had a snow day off from school today and I took on the task of organizing L’s room. My child is a collector on a massive scale so scaling back and organizing took hours. Luckily now it is clean and cheerful and we ended the day playing and eating pizza. So overall, a nice day!

My meal plan this week is to use the things I have around the house. My finances are a bit short in the food budget area this week, but I think we will be able to squeak by until Friday. And in celebration, I think I’ll buy myself a bottle of wine to celebrate!
Here is the yummy eats ahead this week!
First of all, for breakfast I am out of my smoothie stuff which I have been drinking religiously. And LOOOOOVING. So breakfast will be oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, pancakes or these super delicious banana chocolate chip muffins from Designed Decor for the little one.
Tuesday: New recipe: Teriyaki steak with veggies and quinoa
Wednesday: New recipe: Crockpot stuffed porkchops
Thursday: Tomato soup and grilled cheese. Easy and one of the kiddo’s favorites.
Friday: New recipe: The Wholesome Dish’s Caprese stuffed chicken in foil packets

Saturday: Leftover buffet!
Sunday: Easter dinner! We are having ham, zuchhini, roasted red potatoes, and homemade applesauce. Plus Easter candy……. most likely a hundred Cadbury mini eggs. I just can’t quit them.
I wish I had some now! Anyway, that’s about it for this week. Next week I will be looking for seven million different ways to use ham. So if you have any ideas, please comment! And if you enjoyed reading, please like and subscribe! We have lots of fun here!

Your meals look good and it would be nice to have a snow day (sigh) I just mowed the lawn for the first time yesterday and won’t stop now until summer. Enjoy your wine, cheers!

Those muffins look to die for. My kids use to think meal planning was what kind of cereal and dessert they needed for the week.
