Last week’s meal plan was pretty much a success. Sometimes I am not the best at following them despite my best laid plans, but I did well last week. I am again going to continue to make more of my days meatless. I find those meals just as enjoyable and filling if you find the right meal. Here is what is on the menu for this week:
Monday: Our pizza and movie night.
Tuesday: Snacks for dinner, cut up veggies, dressing, fruit kebabs, mozarella sticks, hummus, etc. It’s a easy way to use up what is getting ready to go in the fridge!
Wednesday: New meatless recipe! Spinach and ricotta grilled cheese with homemade tomato soup
Thursday: One of Logan’s favorites: Hawaiian meatballs in the slowcooker!
Friday: Breakfast for dinner!
Saturday: New recipe! Eggplant paremesan
